Frequently Asked Questions
How can I view my order history?
- To view your order history, select "ORDER HISTORY" in the upper right of the web page. Orders that have been placed since 7/26/2021 will appear starting with the most current. Order No, Order Date, and Order Status are immediately viewable.
- For expanded order details, hover over the order number to view a snapshot of the items ordered and the ship to city and state.
- For complete order details, click the order number you wish to view.
How do I place an order for several accounts on one order?
- Choose your ship to location for the item you want to ship and enter the quantity and submit, then find the next item you want to ship and choose the new ship to location, enter in the quantity and submit. When all items and locations are on order, select check out.
What does it mean when my order status reads "Customer Return"?
- This status will appear whenever the fixture or item ordered has been shipped direct from the manufacturer and not the warehouse. This is your indication that the backordered item has been shipped and will arriveshorty if not already.
How do I add a new ship to account?
- To add a new ship to account, select "MY ACCOUNT" in the upper right of the web page. Scroll down to "Additional Addresses" and choose "+ ADD".
- Enter information into all fields and select "SAVE".
- Use the below alphanumeric sequence when entering in Address Label (max is 25 characters). The first 17 characters of the location (including spaces)followed by open parenthesis, 6 digit account number, and closed parenthesis. i.e. TaylorMade Golf C(111111)
