Q: Where's my order?
A: Most orders ship within two business days (we do not ship on weekends or holidays), and we will do our best to rush out any orders placed with the UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air shipping option.
For inquiries about your order status, please contact us and provide us with the order number from your email confirmation. Please allow sufficient time (usually one business day) for your order process before contacting us about its status.

Q: I'm having trouble placing an order online, what should I do?
A: You must enable your Internet browser to accept cookies and JavaScript code or our website may not function properly. You might also try using the Microsoft Internet Explorer web browser (preferably version 6.0 or newer. A download is available from Microsoft. Please note that we do not sponsor or warrant third party software products, and the foregoing suggestions and links are provided for convenience only.
As a last resort, you may also place an order with us over the telephone by calling us at 800.395.9155 Monday-Friday from 6am to 5pm Pacific Time.

Q: How do I redeem a gift certificate code that I received via email?
A: Add the item you wish to redeem the gift certificate code for to your shopping
cart. Upon checkout in the step labeled "Payment," enter your unique gift
certificate code into the box labeled, "Coupon or Promotional Code."
Make sure that you enter the complete code, starting with the "@"
sign. If you've received more than one gift certificate code, you can enter
all the codes separated by commas. If the amount of the gift certificate covers
the entire cost of your order, you won't need to enter your credit/debit card
information. However, if the gift certificate amount doesn't cover your entire
order cost, you will be required to pay the remaining balance by credit/debit
card.

Q: I ordered the wrong product - how do I setup a return?
A: Unused items may be returned, although a restocking fee of 15% with a minimum
of $10.00 applies and you are responsible for return freight costs unless
we shipped you the wrong product. Please contact
us to setup a Return Authorization first.

Q: I didn't receive the product I ordered - how do I setup a return or exchange?
A: If we sent you the wrong product, we're very sorry. We will setup an immediate
return or exchange with no restocking fee, and we will pay for the return

Q: My package arrived damaged - how do I get a replacement and my money back?
A: That is an issue for you to resolve with UPS first. The UPS website
has handy information on how to process a claim with them, and they usually
resolve claims in five business days. We suggest that you resolve your claim
with UPS before contacting us to arrange for a replacement, but you may order
a replacement product from us without waiting if you wish. We will not accept
a return for products purchased from us that were damaged in transit by the
carrier.
