This gives you the freedom to find a set of launch conditions that will promote greater distance and accuracy.

Better players also adjust swingweight to improve their feel for the club. Some players believe that stiffer shafts and increased headweight help to improve head feel, thus Darren Clarke, Kenny Perry and Hank Kuehne prefer the D5 or D6 swingweight.
